The A2 Pharmacy Isolator
The A2 Pharmacy Isolator is the ultimate alternative to a cleanroom. It offers the same level of air quality, yet requires much less space - its compact design takes up to 90 percent less space than a traditional clean room. And it costs less to maintain and operate. This one-piece unit is fully adjustable for comfort and ease of use, it's made of durable, long-lasting stainless steel and it includes an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), making it safe and reliable.
Ease of Use
The A2 Pharmacy Isolator is designed for easy cleaning and sanitation. The main window and access ports have a quick-release valve system that offers immediate access for sterilization and validation while built-in validation ports automatically assess the air quality.
Comfort and Convenience
The A2 Pharmacy Isolator features electronic controls that automatically open and close the doors and adjust the height, unlike standard units that have a manual crank or wrench. For extra comfort and convenience, it also has an adjustable foot pedal, as well as a foot switch to open the inner doors for access to the transfer chamber.
Automated Monitoring and Controls
Electronic controls monitor negative and positive pressure, as well as the air change rate, integrity of vacuum systems, electrical supply, and leaks. Air quality in the main chamber automatically adjusts to the required level before the door to the chamber opens.
Reliability
The A2 Pharmacy Isolator includes an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), adding an extra element of dependability. In case of system integrity failure, the vacuum system automatically turns on a back up pump.
