The Innovative Technology Oxygen analyzer is designed specifically for measuring trace Oxygen in inert gases.
The principle is based on fuel cell technology. Measuring range is 0-1000 PPM, accuracy is +/- 1%, and repeatability is 0.5%.
It is available in two configurations:
Digital Moisture Analyzer
The I/T Digital Moisture Analyzer is a continuous, on-line instrument for the measurement of absolute moisture content in gas. It is designed to fulfill a wide range of applications and provide for the monitoring and/or control of moisture in gases. The instrument consists of two component parts: monitor and sensor, each of which is individually calibrated to a single standard allowing combinations of sensor and monitor units to be totally interchangeable.
The standard instrument covers the ranges 0 to 1000 parts per million by volume (PPMV). As an option special ranges and measurement units are available. Selection of the displayed hygrometric unit is factory set but may be easily changed by the user. Dual alarm facilities are provided which are user configurable both in terms of alarm set point and operating mode. Current loop or voltage (should be specified on order) analog outputs are available, 4 - 20 mA or 0 - 10 VDC.
In addition to moisture indication, the monitor can be configured to accept the signal from any standard 2-wire transmitter, scale it to appropriate engineering units, and display the value of a second process variable (temperature, flow, pressure, pH, etc.)
Ceramic Technology Sensor
The Moisture Analyzer utilizes a ceramic technology moisture sensor. This sensor is manufactured from metalized ceramics using thin and thick film technologies to produce a sensor which is virtually chemically inert with inherently fast response, high calibration stability and high resilience to corrosive environments. The system measures moisture by monitoring the electrical response exhibited by the sensor to variations in the partial pressure of water vapor of the monitored gas.
